Worst bank and pathetic service they gave me limit of 1000 only and after providing all the documents they are not able to increase my credit limit. Poor customer service all my other credit cards have limit more than 30k AED

Token machine avilable .it means user frendly,but before we reach machine we should give all details to security.he can only took the print out.my point is then why token machine installed???
Horrible customer service. Absolutely no regard for customers. I went through harassment for a NOC and finally clising my account. Good riddance
Probably the worst banking process in history. If you want to process a personal loan or anything they’ll take too long to finish up and keep taking you in circles just so the agent benefit out of your misery. and when you try to contact him/them they don’t answer or reply to you AT ALL. THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
Less accommodating tellers. Not helpful at all. Worst customer service.
